Blending Heritage with Contemporary Living

This lovely home based in Adelaide eastern suburbs had all the beautiful features of the era. We simplified the colour palette of the residence to help emphasise the excellent craftsmanship that had gone into building the fireplaces, leadlight, and high ceilings. The grand hallway was transformed with stunning arch doors that tied the original home to the extension. In the original part of the home, a bedroom was converted into an ensuite featuring a tessellated tile floor and a walk-in robe for easy access to the master bedroom.

The extension was refurbished with a large open kitchen, second bathroom and an office which overlooks the garden. Large skylights were incorporated into the main living area to help provide more height to the space and install more natural light to the back of the home. A new under cover deck provides additional living space for the clients who enjoy spending time amongst the garden.
